Is a service visit the same as a free remodeling estimate?
No. A repair or diagnostic visit may have a service-call fee and hourly labor charges. We share the applicable pricing for review before the appointment. A free remodeling estimate is a separate discussion about a proposed remodeling project.
Can I combine several repairs in one visit?
Often, yes. Share the complete list in advance, including photos and any materials you already have. We can discuss which tasks fit the appointment and whether additional visits or materials may be needed.
Do you work with property managers?
